 About Worthing u3a

We are a u3a in the County of West Sussex. Our members are drawn predominantly from Worthing, Ferring, Lancing and surrounding villages.

The u3a (University of the Third Age) is a self-help organisation for people who are retired, semi-retired or no longer in full-time employment. It provides opportunities for members to share learning experiences and to pursue educational, creative and leisure activities in a friendly environment.

The annual fee for the year 1 Sept to 31 Aug is £10; for those who join from 1 Mar onwards the fee is reduced to £6; for those who apply from 1 July onwards the fee goes back to £10 but you don’t have to renew again in Sept and your £10 takes you right round to Sept the following year. The fee includes the delivery of our national u3a magazine "Third Age Matters" to all members who would like to receive it. In addition each group may levy a small fee, depending on the activity; this can be as little as 50p per session for refreshments, but may be more if travel, craft materials or course booklets are involved.

If you are not already a member, you can join us by clicking on the Join u3a link in the left hand menu.

If you are a member, you can login by clicking on the 'Login' in the menu bar along the top and entering your membership number and password.

If you do not have a password or have forgotten it, click on 'Login' and then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address as registered with Worthing u3a, your membership number and click on 'Submit'. A new password will be sent to your email address.
