Group Description :
This group practices Hatha Yoga, focusing on yoga asanas (postures), breathing and correct alignment of the body; in particular working on each individual’s ability and helping to achieve the best posture for his/her own body. More than anything, it is best for everyone to go home after class knowing that their body is moving well and that they are feeling good after the class.
There is an attendance fee, payable in advance, to cover the charge for the hall/room.
